"The government's share of two major Iranian automaker should fall to zero and we have serious plans for it." Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade said.
KhodroCar – "IKCO is the leader of automotive industry in Iran as it has more share of production, but the history is showing that we could do better in this industry and we hope to be better in the future with a good plan." The minister of industry, mine and trade, Mohammad Shariatmadari said in the Dena Plus and Automatic Peugeot 207 mass production beginning ceremony.

"One of our problems in auto part industry is lacking of a hyper auto part manufacturer. We have a 3 year plan for renovating the auto industry."

"We need real joint ventures and if we are going to develop the automotive industry, then we have to focus on exiting worn – out cars." The minister of Industry, Mine and Trade added. " One of the main problems in the auto industry is economical production rate. The production rate of a factory shouldn’t be under 200 thousand vehicles annually."
