From an extreme hypercar to a toy-themed car, these are the most important numbers of the week.
Khodrocar - Numbers are all around us – whether we're breaking down the performance of a Ferrari 488, or comparing the price of a Model S to a Mercedes. Every week we pick out a few numbers that are so significant we have to give them a second look. Today we’re looking at key figures from Apollo, BMW, Porsche, Chevrolet, and Ford.

The total weight, in pounds, of the carbon fiber tub and subframes for the Apollo Intensa Emozione. The new hypercar boasts extreme performance: with a 6.3-liter V12 engine good for 780 horsepower, it’ll get to 62 miles per hour in 2.7 seconds and carry on right up to 207 mph. Price: $2.6 million.

How much less cargo space, in cubic feet, is offered by the new BMW X2 versus the X1. The X2 is a more stylish, sportier take on the X1; it’s lower and shorter in length, with a unique look front and rear. Otherwise the two crossovers share a lot, including their interior layouts and a 2.0-liter engine with all-wheel drive for the U.S. market.

How much weight, in pounds, is saved by the Porsche 911 Carrera Touring versus the standard model. It comes without an infotainment system or back seats, for instance, to shave pounds. As for stuff you do get, look for Porsche Active Suspension Management, a shorter lever for the six-speed manual gearbox, and a shorter final-drive ratio for improved acceleration – 0.1 second quicker to 62 than the regular Carrera.
